Lightning Arrow

Hello everyone! Please help me with the mechanics of the skill.

Have:
50-100 base physical damage.
10-100 base lightning damage.
Modifiers:
+100% Physical damage
+100% Ele damage
+50% Projectile damage

Am I right to think the final damage?:

50-100*2(increased phys dmg) = 100-200

100-200*0.5(convert 50% to light) = 50-100*0.7 = 35-70 (and remember leftover 50-100 fhys dmg)

35-70 + 10-100 = 45-170

45-170*2(increased ele dmg)= 90-340

90-340 + 50-100(leftover phys dmg)= 140 - 440

140-440 + (140-440)*0.5(incr projectile dmg) = 210-660 - Finaly!

---------------
Large doubtful work modifier Increased Projectile Damage. Maybe I misunderstood it work?

Thx.

10-100 light *(1 +1 +0.5) = 25-250 light from original, it is affected by elemental and projectile.

50-100 phys goes to 25-50 phys and 25-50 light, the convert step. both will be affected by physical and projectile, but only the lightning affected by elemental also.
25-50 *(1 +1 +0.5) = 62.5-125 phys
25-50 *(1 +1 +1 +0.5) = 87.5-175 light

87.5-175 +25-250 = 112.5-425

totals:
63-125 physical damage
113-425 lightning damage

edit: or 200-550 for all damage taken.

Unlike your formula is that modifier "increased Projectile dmg" is not used in the last step of calculation. Are you sure that it would work this way? I heard that Projectile used in the last stage of calculation. And you forgot about lost 30% damage effectivnece from LA skill.

If you formula is right - its bad news for me.

yes i forgot the 30% damage effectiveness. and "increased" happens the same time as other "increased".

Okay. Thx a lot for answers. Finaly we have - first step its Convert damage. Second its all increased.

Upd. Hmmm...if a first step it convert dmg, then we have 50-100 base phys / 2 = 25-50 phys and 25-50 lightining dmg. Then 25-50 phys increased 100% phys and 50% projectile and 25-50 light increased 100% ele dmg and 50% projectile only...not a have 100% increased from phys. bec it not phys...Maybe before conversion should increased phys dmg???

Converted damage benefits from the damage bonuses of its source; with Lightning Arrow, the Converted Lightning damage benefits from Physical damage bonuses.

I think I understood the reason for which I can not correctly calculate my LA.

Correct to say - I'm not to understand anything at all -))

Now i have 4-12 fhys unarmed all phys dmg gear(not less strengh). 23-67 fhys dmg on bow and 7-12 fhys dmg on ring. And i have 106% increased fhys dmg(471 strengh IronGrip= 94% and 12% incr fhys from bows on Passives). And 36% increased projectile.

If im wear only bow i have 58-170. If i wear bow + ring i have 69-188!

These values are not suitable. I do not know how to count. I sit for 5 hours and finally got confused.

Upd. Everything began to calculate correctly, after I started to apply for conversion of 69-188 physical dmg. And the final result is multiplied by 0.7. It turns out that the conversion is after increasing physical dmg, and not before. Where is the truth?

When you convert damage, it counts as both types for increased, decreased, more, less. It only forgets what it used to be when you're dealing with resistances.
nm, dug through older patch notes and found the answer I was looking for.
