That's a toughie, after all, it is a level 51 weapon and for that level it's quite good... except that Cauterizer is a level 40 weapon that's as good as level 60 entry mapping 2Handers. Seeing that Unleashed is a crit Cauterizer with a few perks and a drawback it could use a slight boost, yes, it's much more expensive but a 6 link is worth that much and it's the main reason the drawback should stay.

Ideally, Unleashed would be a weapon not every sword crit build can just equip and roll, but it should rock if you do. Low damage should stay because of level requirement so the only way to boost it would be increasing that fire scaling to, say, double so when you gather all the gear pieces with added phys damage it would be worth it. Also, replace that embarrassing ignite duration with something else.
Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.

- Your Lightning Damage can cause Bleed
- Shocked enemies are Stunned
- Stunned enemies take 50% More Damage (along with Shock debuff)
- Enemies you kill explode, dealing 50% of their life as Lightning Damage to nearby monsters

Well, it's a conversion weapon so that's already the case, it would only add the option of boosting projectiles with melee damage, which might be a bit boring.

Maybe 'stunned enemies are also shocked'.

Doesn't it mater for your support gems, wouldn't it automatically make WeD your best support no mater what scaling you use?

But i really like the "enemy's are shocked when stunned" concept, fits the theme and weapon base so i will ad it.

Right, i am forgetting how conversion works.

Stunned enemies are also shocked is sexy, but then there is no need for the damage conversion on the mace.

I suppose you'd want to use that either way with a conversion weapon, the interesting part is you'd be able to use MPD, WED and PPAD on LS or ST projectiles (the latter with PtL of course).

True enough I suppose, maybe if they implemented it as 'shocks enemies on stun', so you'd need lightning damage to determine duration, it wouldn't depend on stun duration.

One thing they could do is change damage conversion to 'physical damage can shock' a la Soul Taker.

Melee damage leeched as life would be nice. Any source of universal attack leech is always welcome.

In keeping with the theme of the weapon, you could also give enemies reduced Stun threshold while Shocked. Because once you've started the brain damage, it can only get worse from there. Plus it dovetails nicely with the innate Stun duration and general leaning towards Stun with 2H maces.
