If you could add 1 feature of D3 to POE; what would it be?

No love for followers... I guess I can live with that.
But what I'd really like to see is the "event" idea expanded on. Sort of mini-quests that can pop up in an area. I know GGG sort of added that with the corrupted zone/master quests, but those are not as varied as quests like the ones in D3. |

I'm sitting here trying to think of things in D3 that I'd like to be in PoE. I seriously can't think of anything big. Here's my list...
1. Beam of light (PoE has it D3's is better) 2. Followers 3. Gambling (no idea how this would work, but I enjoy it) 4. Cutscenes would be glorious, but I understand the expense here. Heck D3 didn't even do cutscenes like it should have... I think that's about it. I'd love an Auction House in PoE but we already pretty much have one. The map in PoE is far better than the D3 map simply because you can move while while it's open. Diablo 3 is currently suffering from a few things. 1. Seasons don't provide enough new content 2. Seasons are over in less than a week for most people (I had friends farming T6 a day into Season 3. 3. Sets being the thing that define builds. (I know they are slowly making this work, but it's really backwards and odd) So yeah, a thread about what Diablo could take from PoE would have some good ideas. Unfortunately they delete any thread about PoE on the D3 forums... |
