Why is GGG caving in to casuals' demands?

I think that will be the last nail in the coffin if GGG ever caved in on that. It will utterly destroy what PoE is about.

Also there's only like 1 person (sodium777) constantly spamming multiple of those SFL threads to make it seem that it's a legitimate demand. Straight public opinion manipulation.

many players want to SFL. not only those who spam 24/7

Its not that there is a lack of self-found players. It's just that you don't need a separate league to choose not to participate in the economy.

D2 was way more casual than PoE's current state. You could reach end-game and do baal runs in about a week, while it takes much longer than that to reach end-game and do high map runs.

You can play a character from start through to a3m in a day if you know what you're doing.

Act 3m is not end game, end game is like level 70+ maps

As far as I'm concerned, anything after completing the main story/quests (3 times), is endgame.
If being all elitist and imposing arbitrary numbers on which map level constitutes endgame, then please persist if it makes you feel manly.

I hate threads complaining about how easy the game is, because people can very easily make the game harder for themselves. Here are some suggestions: play self-found. Play solo. Make a build featuring an unpopular gem, like searing bond or punishment. Make a build using only 1 color gem. Make a build not using any support gems. Use only blue items. Use only white items. Limit the level of your gems.

These were only a few ideas off the top of my head, I'm sure there are many more. There is absolutely no reason to complain about low difficulty, it's actually much more difficult to make the game easier for yourself. Use some creativity.

Then your definition of endgame is not realistic.
i dont think this game is casual, you have to spend at least 3~4 h to archive something
