OP took 6 month break from game. Highest chars are level 53 in HC level 60 in SC. Complains about Casuals, while being definition of casual. Irony rules. It's not unplayable, far from it. But small tweaks make up the big whole. Sooner or later all the core elements have been changed so much that the "soul" is lost. And fyi, I'm far from casual. Playing casually does not mean you like the game easy. Maybe you should go into some detail, or even simply mention, what exactly you have a problem with, other than Permanent Allocation, which is appreciated as an option by even the most hardcore of the hardcore.
