Whats the Purpose of Garbage Uniques?

Someone give me a Crown of Thorns in Onslaught and I'll make a build around it.

Why? Because it will be fun to try.

Something that a great many players seem to have forgotten..

(I'll also take a LightBane Raimnent, Heatshiver or Ezomyte Peak. And I'd love to build around Queens Decree too, if only because a witch with a 2-handed sword would look totally badass)

searing touch
+dmg. immense dmg difference

heatshiver along with lightbane rainment are two items that i simply cannot fathom how they got into the game at all

Queens Decree is a good summoner item - but because you forgo both own defence and Necro Aegis - you need 5Link minimum to somehow balance it out

using Queens Decree 'just because i want to' will get you or your minions killed FAST

build with Crown of Thorns? just play up to lvl 65 without a helmet - thats the same thing

people are not interested in taking them away for free

oh.. you meant use them together? for +1 to cold and all that drawback. at lvl 50-60+ when you start to use AA these stats are suicide and any +2cold wand/sceptre blows it out of the watter

people are good at theorycrafting but i have yet to see anyone use this item

Can't believe this guy thinks infractem is "garbage".

Has he even used it?

i think that no-leech kills this item

if you think otherwise and 'cant believe etc' show us the build that makes it work

most probably some kind of burning arrow+ele prolif. tried that, it works dmg-wise, but once you are hit you are dead

also lightning arrow vs large packs works quite well but i preffer to take pierce gem and +35pierce passive AND have a life leech

Base attack speed is pretty bad.
