And yeah, I gave a couple hudred bucks to this game. Cuz I enjoy it, and I appreciate the business model. Also, cuz like, a couple hundred bucks isn't a big deal to me. Don't worry though, I'll happily throw you a sandwich or granola bar when you sit on that corner with the sign about how all the world has done you wrong.

It won't be a very good sandwich, though.

To those that don't like GGG or their "fanbois" (as they call them), stop posting... go away... find something better to do with your time. It truly is a jilted lover scenario and even though in a way I feel for you... most of the time, I just roll my eyes.

If only Gorlak (Enshin) still had the will to put you in your place (not that GGG would let him).

Many valid points have been made in this thread, from Scrotie to Charan, and even a few of the *newer* players... but in the end, based on the title of the thread and the point trying to be made, there is something *missing*... I'm not sure if quality is the right word, but nevertheless something has definitely changed in the last 6-10 months.

Let us be thankful that Slayer, Moosifer and others are still fighting the good fight and have been for a very long time. Let us be thankful that a handful of OB players have joined them. Amazingly... GGG still listens to many of us, so we can be thankful for that. I guess what I'm trying to convey is: If you (the reader) can't find something to be thankful for (in regards to PoE, GGG, the community), it might be time to look into something else and take a break

If you want to give PoE another try later on, you'll be welcomed back, most of the time with no questions asked.

Remember the story of GGG: A couple of people (humans beings like us) with a dream, have been working their butts off for years to make that dream come true.

Do unto others and you would have others do unto you. Pro or con GGG/PoE: ask yourself this question: If this were "your dream" would you want ppl to help you achieve it (as many of us have) or be a-holes (and sadly there have been TOO many)?

The really crazy thing is the way Chris comes to your house and puts a gun to the back of your head and forces you to play the game. Shows true dedication, though.

However that aside, I wanted to add that there are many others who have stuck around who have also contributed a ton to the cause. There are in fact too many of you to name! So when I say: "Slayer, Moosifer and others"... I include you (most diamond supporters, alpha testers, beta testers et al.).

Most of you/them don't seek recognition for this and creating a list of names for the dream "supporters vs. destroyers" isn't helpful... I just wanted you to know that most of the community "know who you are" and appreciate your contributions. Keep it up :)

The reason I pulled you up on Slayer is because he is a great example that things haven't changed & it's just a case of there are more ppl now so it seems like there are more trolls.

Slayer has been around for longer than me, his posts have always been the same, 1 or 2 lines, usually dismissive & elitist, I have never once seen a feedback thread from him or anything above some cryptic dismissal of someone else's posts.

Most other people you mention have given long consolidated feedback but for a guy who acts like he has so much to say Slayer never actually says anything, so I get annoyed when people quote him as a valuable member of this forum.
