Worried about the new supporter packs

Why shouldn't it be anything near that? Personally, I think they undercharged for the custom uniques back in Diamond Pack days (based on my experience of the cost to do so in NZ) and given how long it's taking them to create them all there may be some merit to this assumption so I'd be interested to see the actual cost of creating a monster with a full set of animations.

I assume the cost of the conceptual artist/s, modeller/s, animator/s, sound guy, sound libraries/foley/voice, etc. would come to less than $12,500 but they'd need the extra 'profit' off it to enable them to put the excess toward funding other parts of the game or else there's no point to the Supporter Packs. I know some developers who might pay that amount to support a fellow dev.

Can i have my 80$ back so i can buy exalted pack instead of divine pack?

I wouldn't worry. If they had serious financial issues, they wouldn't ship free T-shirts to players beating the leauge challanges. Not like it's a huge ammount, but the attitude.

So i'd say it's just an option for those few ppl. Also i think some of the diamond supporters came up with some really fun uniques, maybe some rulers will have funky monster ideas :)

I would've hoped it would have capped at 1k, because 12k does seem a tad excessive.

I'm surprised GGG don't recognise what people have already contributed and just allocate packs based on what you have paid already.

Some people have paid $100's and will receive no recognition for their support.

imo the packs shouldn't really cost more than the point value, the extra items in the pack should be your reward for reaching that level of contribution.

Everyone that has bought points in this game so far has effectively contributed.

I haven't. The money I spent was for selfish reasons. I'd find it awkward being called a supporter for that.

Yeah, let them spend the money people contributed on Free Effects and Goods for everyone.....logic
