I'm no psychic but I'm pretty sure the secret has something to do with either the new base item types they're adding and/or the reason why they had to give all the notable passives unique names. I don't see the point in renaming all the notables if there isn't going to be any changes made regarding the notables themselves. You say Savant, and everyone knows you're talking about a 30+ Int node. You say Gallantry, you know its a 15% increased dual-wielding physical damage. Notables that have the same exact properties should be named the same for easier identification, not a 100 different names for the same thing. Would be surprised if they removed the current names from the nodes... Most likely "rename" refers to adding a prefix name to the nodes to make it easier to pinpoint a specific node...
