@OP:
1) Fallout 3. Seen it mentioned in the thread at least once, but absolutely this. Both 1 and 2 had excellent story, setting, and gameplay and (due to the timing of being in middle school and having nothing better to do) were some of my most played games. Then Bethesda came along, transmogrified it into an fps, shat on the story, and of course, gave us Oblivion-faced NPCs staring into my soul.

2) Super Smash Brothers Brawl. Played SSB/SSBM competitively in high school and college and bought a Wii the day SSBB was announced. Completely slowed down the gameplay, removed most of the interesting mechanics from SSBM, added a ton of useless junk, and pretty much confirmed the naysayer opinion that "SSB is a fun game, not for serious competition".

3) Brink. Beautiful competitive fps with a lot of interesting ideas and an amazing setting. Completely slain by bugs on release and wrecked by pervasive balance issues. What a waste.

Devil may cry 2 , Resident evil 5(upcoming re6 too), d3

1 - Mass Effect 3 - dat ending... even the Extended cut didn't help... too bad, it had a good run before that.

2 - Hard Reset - Beautifully detailed environment, and shitty shoot em up playstyle... bleh...

3 - World of Warcraft... I heard so much about it, and gave it a try... its not even fun. Sry if anyone here feels otherwise

Diablo 3 - utterly shallow and dumbed down experience, a far cry from what made the previous games great.

Spore - seemed interesting but didn't add up to a very good game.

First of all is Diablo 3, because i expected something different from that what is now

Second game is Dungeon Siege 3, because i was a big fan of that games and i waited third for a very long time but in my opinion second game was the best

and third game is flatout 3, because i really don't like graphics!

My 3:

Diablo 3, fine first play through, and then it becomes auction house tycoon 3. Blizzard took a giant dump on the series. Last of my money they will see.

Swtor: As someone earlier pointed out it is an mmo with an ending. Plus I did not find the stories enough reason to punish myself with the quests again.

BF3: What can I say, eh. Still playing BF2.

Maybe it is nostalgia, but I miss DAOC from back in the day. I know it is still running, but it just doesn't feel the same.

I will say I have spent more time in POE beta than in D3, and I have tried about every class until lvl 40. Keep up the great work.

1) Rage - So abrupt, so limited, so beautiful.

2) Marvel vs Capcom 3. Those awful bastards made 1/4 of a game, and it's still not very good. Great eye-candy, but where the hell was Mega Man?

3) L4D2. I had so much fun with the first one, it was a shame to play the second and see it had been downgraded.

Honestly, I reckon PoE will loose a lot of players like yourself when the OB comes. Having already played most classes to lvl40 you've already experienced a HUGE chunk of the game. Obviously that's excluding Act 3 and a few other parts here and there. If I had played it that much and then had all my characters wiped I wouldn't be returning :P
