Your MOST DISAPPOINTED 3 games of all time
1. Final Fantasy XIII
Just simply disappointing, no more comments. 2. The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim I don't know why but I couldn't get myself to continue the game because it was not appealing compared to Oblivion. 3. Sacred 2 I loved the first Sacred but the second one was just bad. Like totally garbage compared to the first one. |

1. Final Fantasy X-2 (come on outfit orbs?)
2. SWTOR ( This game is still decent BUT it could have been so much more it could have been greater then WoW ever was) 3. All the CoD games ( After all the hype of people saying it is the best FPS series ever it was a huge let down and seems to be filled mostly with young players who think it is cool to curse) Diablo 3 was a "Let Down" but i think saying it was one of the biggest disappointments is admitting you do not game much, I was in with Blizz since D1 and have watched the series get more and more commercialized and played all of their other products so nothing about what they did with this game shocked me much. Was it all it could have been? NO. Will it still be the highest selling ARPG of 2012? You would be a fool to think not. First week sold over 11 million copies alone. Thats more then TL2's projected life time sales according to Runic games estimation. I think they will keep patching it til people enjoy the game like they did D2. I rarely play games that I feel won't be that good. Usually I've been happy with all games I've bought or played. But tbh, I was disappointed when BioWare released info on their MMO SWTOR. I'd rather have Knights of the Old Republic III RPG released...

" No, orbs that changes your class, just like in many of the other Final Fantasies since at least the Japanese Final Fantasy 3. (which wasn't released outside Japan until recently, but that's a different matter.) Yes, the orbs changes your outfit, but they did that since FF3 too. Oh, and I know a lot of people hated the Pop Idol-intro, but most people also seem to completely forget that was just Yuna going undercover. Riku and Payne were in the background kicking some ass, and right after the intro ended, the cover was blown and all three of them chased down a bad guy and beat him to smithereans. But I guess you'd have to actually watch the entire intro to know that. ;) "And that's how you die properly, sailor boy." (The Witch) Last edited by ExileDude#1743 on Aug 11, 2012, 7:55:27 AM

" Replay. It changes the outfit also and what in X changed your class this was a sequal and should have been treated as such. lol The intro concert thing was cool. I know for a fact that X DID NOT have class changing orbs so why would X-2? 1) Diablo 3 [Why else would i be here]
2) Final Fantasy franchise since 10 (including 10) I feel like i'm the only person on this planet who thinks that FF10 sucks. I mostly hear good things from the game. OK the story was cute, i give em that. But the rest was aweful. It was linear (yes not just since FF13), the battles were super repetitive, always the same monsters that you have to fight with the same strategy, the characters where boring except of Auron he was a badass, tidus was a pussy. The Blitzball was tedious and boring. The spheroboard was grindish and unbalanced. The monsterfarm demanded a lot of grinding for beating any boss and so forth, i could talk for hours about that subject. 3) Resident Evil franchise since 4 (including 4!!!!) They destroyed everything i loved about RE. The silence, the puzzles and the adventure feeling. 4 dumbed it down to an action game. NOT since the 5th or 6th !!!! 4 was so bad so god damn bad i cried. The replaced zombies with...mad spanish people who you stepped on their lawn, so they are mad and swing axes at you. I'll never forgive them what they did to the RE franchise. |

" There may have been a few problems with certain areas of the spheregrid, but PoE's skill tree is basically the same concept. It's unlikely they will get it perfectly balanced... |

" Final Fantasy III and V both had a very similar job-changing system before FFX-2, and it has appeared in later games like FF Tactics. It's a great system that let you customize your characters a lot, and was one of the reasons why I loved FFX-2 so much. No, FFX didn't have it, but so what? What's the point in making a carbon copy of FFX for the sequel? @BanzaiAttack: I agree RE4 and 5 was boring, and I'm skeptical to RE6, to say the least. But that said, did you try RE: Revelations on the Nintendo 3DS? Despite the small screen, it's by far one of the best games in the series. The camera is different from the first ones, but it has all the scares, puzzles, story, monsters and everything you could possibly want from a proper Resident Evil. The only thing it lacks are true zombies, but you won't miss them much with the ooze monsters. ;) "And that's how you die properly, sailor boy." 1) Diablo 3 - no PvP out of the box (and it's still not there even months after release), no end game whatsoever, and what is up with the level cap at 60? Is this WoW Jr. or Diablo?
2) Mortal Kombat III - back in the mid 90s, fighting games were king and the arcade scene was packed with people pumping quarters into Street Fighter 2 and Mortal Kombat II machines. MK3 just didn't do enough as a sequel and introduced a lot of corny mechanics (run button, dial-up combos) that didn't make the game any better. MK3, in my mind, was a big reason for the decline of the arcades. 2) Final Fantasy XIII - the entire Final Fantasy series has become too linear. I really don't want to play another Final Fantasy game ever again, unless Square/Enix decides to remake Final Fantasy VII. |

1.) Diablo III
2.) Call of Duty ((Anything past CoD4.)) 3.)Final Fantasy XIV ((Though Version 2.0 looks freaking awesome, and I respect Square Enix for rebuilding the game from ground up for it.)) Last edited by adaminator1#7614 on Aug 12, 2012, 6:45:24 AM
