About their "silence": Why should they communicate, when they do a good job? I'd rather have a silent developer that brings me a good game then having a developer that talks alot but doesn't fulfill their promises. Furthermore, it's not like GGG doesn't communicate at all. They gave interviews, they bring patch notes. You expect them to talk here on the forum with all these toxic people around? Nah, sorry, if I would be the devs I wouldn't touch anything here on the forum. They would only burn their fingers. Some people here just want to see GGG fail and find them evil because of TenCent and you will never be able to convince these people otherwise. Better not talking to them at all.

About the "unfinished product": Why do people expect a finished game when it's clearly stated as EA? I mean, when you take a look at Baldurs Gate 3 EA, the game didn't even have one act at EA release and it took them years to release 1.0, which is okay, since the finished product is amazing. Secondly, the game is out like 8 weeks, half of that time the devs were on break. You expect major changes and big content upgrades within 4 weeks development time. Maybe you should spent some time about learning how games a created and how much work that is. ESPECIALLY PoE is such a complex game with tons of mechanics and stats to balance. From a gamedesign perspective, it must be really a hell to keep track of all these things, because changing one thing will effect hundrerds of other things (builds, skill, equipment, stats, monster, bosses...)

About their service: They CLEARLY said they have underestimated the amount of support tickets they have received, which was many times more then they usually have. They also apologized for the inconvinience. They've doubled their support staff and are still recruiting. How fast do you think a company can do that? You have to find these people first, then you have to hire them, then you have to train them and only THEN they can work in the support. This usually takes weeks. When I read your criticism, I can see that you don't know how companies function at all. Not knowing is okay, but starting to blame companies for things they can't change so fast is just ignorant. :/

PoE 2 isn't far of being that broken . The reason i'm here is because i think there is potential for the title to be a huge success eventually , but for that to happen GGG needs to go into turbo mode in the same way CD Projekt Red & Hello Games did . So far i see none of that , period .
