I'm worried GGG took our money and ran

Poe1 has laid abandoned for nearly a year like a skeleton in the Sahara desert.

Poe2 is in a shameful state as well. The only "people" logging in are AI bot RMT salesmen.

Where is GGG? Has anyone spotted GGG since release? 1 patch, 1 month vacation, then they come back and add way points to bushes.

Why do this? Who can even use these new bush waypoints? Is there some kind of microtransaction that lets you enter bushes?

After bush way point patch GGG has once again vanished into the ether; our money tightly clenched in hand.

This is corporate tyranny.

The sad part is: the only players enjoying this game are the ones breaking it and taking advantage of unintended interactions. The rest of the players, trying legit ''offmeta'' builds, are being punished from every corner.
This game is just like life itself: only people with an insane amount of currency and shady gameplay are fully enjoying it.

That post is basically, "Tell us you don't know how GGG operates without telling us you don't know how GGG operates"

First off, Settlers was released last Summer, so 'a year'? Yeah, ok... can't do proper, basic, research, or has issues counting months?

Next, unlike so many other devs out there who are constantly tweaking things (and also making tons of mistakes in the process) GGG is the kind who watches, collects a lot of data, mulls it over, and adds whatever fix to the long list of fixes for when they do updates and patches.

They almost never make knee-jerk updates unless it is immensely vital to do so. POE2 is in good shape right now, has some issues that need worked on, so they are doing things in the manner they usually do, and we will get an update sometimes in the next couple weeks probably. And, it will be one that is well-thought out, tested, discussed, etc.

It will be a ton of stuff getting fixed the best way they could come up with based on all the data they have collected. Just par for the course with GGG, has been for several years.

Sure, man. If you are killing pinnacle bosses, constantly finding invitations, omens and all that high end currency with your offmeta build, then you we are playing different games.
