Early Access Feedback - Low Skill POE1 veterans are trying to ruin POE2. GGG please commit to your vision. - Forum

I'm a PoE1 from start and I agree with the starter post. If I want to play PoE1 mechanics, then I can just play PoE1. Why bother making PoE2 into the same game with the same feel? Doesn't make sense. Guess PoE1 players just want to have better grafics, but other then that, just want to continue playing PoE1... I hope GGG is able to filter whose feedback is from a PoE1 perspective and whose feedback is from a new and fresh player. And I think GGGs goal is to especially find new players, if they want to keep running/supporting both games at the same time. Also love the hate from some in this thread. Like "this is the dumbest post ever". Clearly shows that they can't have a normal discussion as soon as someone joins here that likes PoE2 for what it is right now. If he doesn't come back every 3 months it'd be a boon not an affliction. Anyway, being sincere, it's way too early to tell. We are at 0.1e of the game. This is the most barebones version of PoE that you're going to get. Who knows how streamlined they're going to make it. I do not like that I can blitz through campaign in 7 hours and then just play market simulator in PoE1. I like the challenge and progression of the campaign. Some areas could be scaled down to help with streamlining, sure, but it's nothing crazy or wildly outlandish. Basing "Will they return for seasonal league content" off of the most stripped barebones feature-lacking version of the game (because we are in very early stages of beta) is a really disingenuous question in its' concept and frankly an impossible question to answer at this current stage. Maybe let's revisit that when we're closer to launch. yeah?
