I care deeply about this game and its long term success. Seeing posts like yours that paint with a broad brush 150+ pages of feedback while hiding behind strict dictionary definitions to disparage justified criticism is infuriating to say the least.

GGG cannot stop and think whenever a change they're about to make is going to "ruin" someone's build. They have development cycle to uphold and the more time they spend trying to limit the big changes, the more time it will take before full release.

If you do not want to take part in this because you feel like you're "wasting time", please wait for beta or full release.

Of course, if you have constructive feedback why something should be changed and how, go on. But please, don't use "my character is ruined" as an argument, your character being ruined is not important at this stage.

EDIT2: Some folks try to turn this around and say I'm against feedback: No, I'm not. I'm literally saying that due to lots of feedback the game will be changing rapidly. Do not cling to your current character. It is very likely that it will be ruined by the changes made.
I also think that making respec cheaper (or even granting optional full-respec when big changes hit) would be a good idea for EA phase.
