They're not saying characters go to standard they're saying it's the standard procedure for characters to go to the void league. They're agreeing with you.

I understand patches and balancing need to happen, but for the love of god, if youre going to nerf a build...at least give us our passive points back and not make us spend our gold to respec

Doesn't matter that contradicts what GGG explicitly said in interviews regarding nerfs and how they will conduct EA.
I'm glad you don't sound condescending and communicate in respectful manner. And I haven't said any of those things, you just don't agree with me and chose to attack me instead of discuss. :)

No. In poe1 league characters are moved to standard after league ends. Void leagues are usually some special event and this characters are deleted at the end. Both cases are different from EA.
