I haven't be able to clear a screen with minimal input. As I said, I'm developing my own builds. After 36 hours, I haven't unlocked Comet yet. That's a few levels away. Ice Snap is powerful in combination with CoF, but it really only saves me from having to cast the spell myself.

GGG don't you think that by making such drastic changes you should at least respect your players and the time they spent? Of course it didn't work correctly, but this fix looks like you're trying to stop the bike not with brakes but with a stick in the wheels. No respec, you removed all the investments of time, currency, and gaming experience. What choice did you leave us? YOU yourself pushed players not to enter the game, and I think that's not what you wanted. Goodbye, see you in a couple of months.

Wow my Sorc struggled and it was painful. When I got to cast on freeze I switched to cold and was having fun and I thought this was one of the funniest builds I ever played in any arpg. I woke up today and my build was struggling and I was confused. Noticed no cast on freeze was happening.

Come to forums and see this lol. 4 days in we nerf a class to the ground and its my class I been grinding every day in.

We are already doing this. Where you struggle invest a crap load of time and have to play a game outside the game with nerfs.

I hate to complain, but I tried for several hours to get some money so I could respec. Too bad the build it is unplayable. I'd love to switch to some other spec, but since I've no money and I'd need a complete respec there really is no luck here. 5k each node. GG.

It wasnt even meant to be condescending you know. Just stating facts. GGG doesnt want PoE2 as walking simulator the same way PoE1 turned into. Any automation will get nuked, it is meant for support not as main dmg source. We were told multiple times that PoE2 is hard game, anything that can make it trivial will get patched out. Doesnt matter that you in particular didnt use this skill in such a way, if enough people did it wont go unnoticed.

Yeah we get it it's EA. Since we are not getting paid to test their game at least make it to have FREE respecs. If you keep breaking skills then what is the purpose of builds at all. Another thing is gear is literally non existent. The gear doesn't even make sense. Weapons meant for spell casters require STR is a dumb idea.

I can get behind cheap respecs, they should have given us that option even if for a limited time. Gear is kinda tricky because you dont have as much varience in it as in PoE1, you dont have any crazy influence, no sockets with colors that you need to take into account, no crazy implicits etc. Its only natural that we wont need even 1/1000 of the items.

Your advice implies that I should've known this would happen. If I hadn't been able to try the spell that made similar builds overpowered, then how exactly could I have known? I'm purposely not looking at builds to better enjoy myself with my limited time.

Well you didnt have to be since but now that it happened you should be more weary that any automation that can be exploited in some way is giant red flag. GGG doesnt like uniteractive builds.
