Obviously they won't come out saying "we nerf everything through the ground", they skipped the manifesto on purpose to keep us in the dark for as long as possible. The stream will also make everything sound like candy, it's with the patch notes that we'll get to see the toxic reality of having taken another step towards ruthless as the normal game mode. |

playerbase - please don't nerf skills there aren't many useful ones out there that can perform well
GGG - we hear you and we agree that there are too many under-performing skills in the game and we want to change that. so for 3.21 we have decided to remove 95% of the skills from the game, because they can't be under-performing if they aren't in game. |

Think this way: if build diversity actually gets better, why would they have to hide the manifesto? Wouldn't a detailed manifesto about how more builds are viable in next league make players hyped? " They stopped manifestos because they felt that manifestos will not and can not explain their reasoning for doing things too well. So they stopped manifestos. There will still be complete patch notes. If they need to explain things in detail they will do it on stream. |

Go look at day 1, 2, 3 ETC, nearly every single Seismic build was poison. Kobeblackmamba just said a few days ago that a nerf to poison alone might be enough, and that's because he knows why Seismic was strong, and it wasn't due to Seismic being OP in 3.19. Show me a single event Seismic won since the start of 3.19. Show me an event where Seismic was in the top 2 since the start of 3.19. cArn beat Seismic in every race since 3.19. They know it was the curse changes and poison changes that made Seismic competitive in 3.20 Reality vs Streamers words My respect for most streamers has fallen through the floor since 3.20. I'm not trolling anyone here, this is just the fact of what they said. Zizaran and Jungroan specifically was gaslighting leading up to 3.20 release as they both said Seismic hadn't been nerfed since 3.18, and they knew very well it was triple nerfed in 3.19. Then they both cited the 3.18 gauntlet as proof of being OP... In 3.20 (I guess 3.19 didn't happen).. and people actually started to repeat them. Neither of them will answer why they flat out gaslighted people. Ziz said it bothered him when people said he was in it for the money, he said truly hurt his feelings. He doesn't seem to be bothered though by listing stats that hadn't been relevant in 4 months (at the time he said them), and making up fake news that Seismic hadn't been nerfed since 3.18. It's like that Prosecutor in NY trying to indict Trump on charges which there is documentation proving is false, and the statue of limitation ran out over 4 years ago even if it was true, and the media keeps saying it's legit when they know they are gaslighting the public. I would love for these guys to explain why they whipped the community into a frenzy knowing they were giving false or irrelevant information as current truth. |
