It's time for GGG to take back reigns of trade for the sake of the game

Even worse
he killed Deckard Cain in act1

wait, it was act1??? they didnt even wait for the half way point?

the fking degenerates.

now i think about it, it did happen in act 1s town, for some reason i thought we went back there, but why would we? its just so symbolic of diablo 3 and modern blizzard as a whole. the wanton disregard for their own product.

He at least died in a meaningful way through a blaze of glory. Not some butterfly kidnapping and just killing you kind of way. Right?
Thanks for all the fish!

really shallow content updates but still they were content which is more than this new one is.

am i the only one here who still plays every single diablo 3 season?

im gonna be there tomorrow and were doing it again, hell yeah.

I do play them so long as it doesn't clash with a PoE league I'm still interested in. Usually a week or two is enough D3 though before the extreme repetitiveness gets too much.

This has gotten pretty off-topic.

Yeah, well, they go off topic when they can't come with good excuses to twist the facts. Namely power creep.

The ceiling is ridiculous is the crux of the issue, they may have taken all those steps to redress balance to a more appropriate area but once you have uber farmers using cast on death you know you left any standard constraints long behind :p

I'd love tighter balance, but we didn't get tighter balance so the only real difference is the bad builds we lost on the journey and the degree of effort required to enable whats left.

That's what Adron was talking about. They can't balance for shit. Not trade, not ingame, yet they pretend they do. The amount of invincible builds that they keep patching out and low budget glass builds that keep popping up just proves it got away from their grasp a long time ago.

I wouldn't necessarily call it cynical. But I would say it's a pretty fair observation that their (a few OG's) ultimate vision is probably closer to what Ruthless is, while the main game is a result of several compromises over the years, between the experience they want to give, and the experience 'most' players want to have.

I would just want them to care enough about it to not allow TFT and their unchecked RMT cartel, but whatever i guess. I'll just CoD away.

Ruthless would eventually catch up to power creep, they just made sure it would take long enough to reset each 3 months. The only answer to it that they were intelligent enough to muster, it seems.

If we know anything about 10cent, they don't like spending money on stuff like that. Which maybe why it is running rampant these days. I would laugh so hard if they were banning all their RMT competition. So they hit the money on both sides. RMT + Game Sales. This is totally conspiracy theory, but that would be hilarious. I mean, what better way to do it. You sell the drugs, and weed out any competition. You get to RMT AH, with out looking like the bad guy. Again, I want to be clear, I am not accusing 10cent or GGG of doing that, it would just be funny if they did, because they totally could and we would never know.

Omegalul. What's most strange is that they post the items in those sites, which GGG could 100% look at, pin point the account, ban the fuck out of it, and yet they don't...? I don't ussualy back up conspiracies, but this shade has a shady shade.

I mean, seriously, that's 2 minutes of searching those sites and you tell me you can't pin point those accounts and ban them? US Hardcore Season One Invitational Invitee, no less.

ive defended tft on these forums many times, because i think it does good for the community in terms of preventing a lot of trade chat scams, bringing players together etc. and honestly, the calls of cheaters towards high level players in games, the hackusations, when uve been gaming online for 20 odd years and seen 99% of finger pointing be wrong the presumption becomes that generally people dont cheat and the finger pointers are probably just hating.

but this is not a good look.

just a heads up i think i had a post edited once for mentioning that website by name because its considered an rmt site, so i dunno if they will let you link it like that or not. hopefully if they do edit ur post they will realise u didnt know thats a rule and theyre not gonna punish u in any way beyond removing the links. maybe they will leave them up and theyre not that crazy on the modding any more i dunno.

ya its a week or 2 at best right? sometimes i do a few days. my ex plays it so we usually play together on the season starts, if she keeps grinding it for the 2 weeks ill probably stick around that long.

the pick your primal thing is interesting, at last ill be able to get that primal halo of karini i never got, and get to take it back to the perm league, just as the game ends and diablo 4 os landing lol.

ah well. i dont ever play the perm league in d3 but i like having things there.

i kind of hope they keep doing d3 seasons even after d4 comes out tbh. its good for a few days.

Not that anyone is surprised, least of all GGG, but gawt damn its so brazen.

I get that's it a discord channel, and GGG can only do so much, but the seeming blind eye given, and the lack of development counters to this, really sends a message. It's just not a great look at all. Especially with how opposed to RMT and P2W GGG says they are.

TFT, PoB, Craft of Exile, Filterblade, Awakened PoE, etc.. have just gotten so big and vital, it would be damaging to the game without them.

What a shitshow its become GGG outsourcing QoL and PoE tools. Sure it's cheaper and saves time, but damn if it doesn't relinquish the control they have over how players experience the game.
