Why is MF and the supposed "loot goblin": a problem? Expalin it to me like I'm an idiot

They are paralyzed to do anything. Some people hates MF, some people want that absurdity to keep their advantage. Like every other thing in the game GGG don't want to lose any money from either side so they create half a**ed solutions and progressively make the game worse :) This will be their downfall.

The problem is that there are only so many cookies in the box. The question is how you want the cookies distributed over time. For example, you can have the cookies distributed over time for your hard work on a regular basis or you can have the cookies released in a bunch on a less regular basis. In addition you can call in a cookie finder to help you take even more cookies out of the box.

The box is big and open to all players to take cookies out of the box but it is not infinite. The cookie maker is against cookie inflation because he doesn’t want to devalue the cookies too much, especially the better tasting cookies. If too many of the tasty cookies get taken, the cookie maker can make better tasting and fewer cookies making the old cookies less desirable. The cookie maker can change the cookie distribution system, but it is still based on how many cookies of what type should be in the finite box.

If the cookie maker decides to distribute the cookies a lot at a time in a cookie party, there will be few cookies available to the cookie eater who likes to eat cookies on a more regular basis. If you’re a cookie eater, you have to decide how many cookies you want to eat and on what basis and who you want to help you eat the cookies.

I mean, nobody will able to explain it to you and get through if you position youself as an idiot. An idiot will never try to understand a different point of view nor hear the other parties, regardless they are with or against you. And oh to make it simple for an idiot to understand (i dont mean to insult but i mean you ask for it to be treated like an idiot) , they are just bad because players are forced to to cull loot-goblin or else they lose loot. Believe me, I'm an experienced players, been playing PoE for a long time. That is all you need to know, and that is all you need to believe.
