3.15 is alright, for people who know what to do. Casuals or part-timers, the worst patch ever

If you alienate a big part of your community that is whats coming to you though, do you expect those who do not enjoy the game to keep playing to prevent it from failing?

Also I don't think the disillusioned party wants to see PoE fail, they just want it to be a game they are having fun to play, in fact they want the game to succeed.

I got my answer from the guy I quoted, who actually manage to not go all defensive, like I hurt his feeling or something, something you seem to struggle with. When I, in so many words, ask "what is it about it you enjoy", and you manage to reply, in so many words, "I enjoy it", I really don't know what to do anymore.

I get that you, and I - and everyone play the game for "fun". I'm not having a problem with you're "fun". I just don't understand it - and was curious, hence; I asked. When you can't explain what you find "fun" about it, other than just "it's fun", we're not getting anywhere.

You should look at Toaru_Majutsu_no_Index's answer, which was actually an answer, and not some defensive rubble.

Honestly? YES! One thing is when they would say "i dont like this direction because XYZ" and just move on instead of spreading toxicity, reviewbombing and contantly crying that they WILL leave and never truly do.

GGG said what they want, said their reasoning. Constant threats and bilion of topics of how stupid they are wont change that.

No they wont, not because of those topics and toxicity. It kinda works backwords with such things. They MAY change their mind if the player count drops below what they consider "worth it" and only because of that.

I don't condone threats or namecalling or anything of that sort. But you don't know the effect this will have, do you? Just a few days into the league and they had to somewhat reverse some of the changes.

Time will tell I guess.

I'm talking about stuff like this. Aside from the "boycott GGG" stuff, we have an active effort to review-bomb PoE on Steam going on right now. It's not just people giving their opinion like they would any other product on any other day. The very first review is somebody who has over 200 games in their Steam library and had never reviewed any of them. They have over 10k hours played in PoE, yet had never reviewed PoE either, even though they have clearly enjoyed it for a long time. Then they go out of their way to write their one and only game review to tell people not to play PoE.



And they're clearly not the only ones taking an extra effort to turn other players away from the game. There's a big difference between "I'm not enjoying it so I'm going to go play something else" and "GGG won't listen to us so let's hurt them until they either listen or go under".

They didnt "revert them" they adjusted them, it was expected. The changes they made were kept, they change few numbers and you call that a win? I know for a fact what efect it will have. Its always the same. Im here long enough to know that. Trade? Harvest? Double dipping? Vaal pact? All those topics about them made wonders right?
