instead of adressing the real problem, they keep nerfing general things that will only affect 99% of the player base, with the 1% intact

Unfortunately I introduced a coworker to the game last year and he's spent money on mtx [Removed by Support]. I can tell he's not having fun but he probably feels compelled to play because he spent money. lol

I hope all this will make more sense with PoE 2, I'll check back around then. It's going to take some really big moves from Devs to win back my wallet though [Removed by Support] Their mtx is an absolutely horrible price gouge and I could only ever justify spending money because I love the game and want to support.

I pretty much agree with everything in the post and I have more complaints of my own to add, though it's probably pointless here as I am fairly certain we are only talking to eachother and the Devs most likely don't actually read this. We want to have fun, just give us some of the things we actually ask for?

One thing I will say so It's not all just negativity here is there are many things I absolutely fucking LOVE that they have done over the years, which makes it even more saddening to me to uninstall. Hideouts are better than ever and the fact that there is more things to do than ever before makes me really hopeful that they will turn this around. Heist, Delve, Maps etc. There is literally so much for you to do that you can't run it all... well pre 3.15 anyways. A problem a lot of players might have now actually is you might struggle to farm enough to sustain anything at all (unless of course you choose from the ever smaller meta build pool).

You all should start screenshotting your finished posts then uploading them to imgur albums so the rest of us can see your amazing work before they're altered.

Stuff, things, thanks for slowing us down and not even looking at all the timed bullshit in your game. You really could have waited until you had the changes in place across the board and a little playtesting before you went with such drastic changes.

Played to 40ish, to be honest my issue isn't the changes, it's doing the same damn thing for the... I've lost track of how many leagues. Don't get me wrong mana was rough, some skills are weird and elemental hit is still ridiculous. There are issues, for once I just don't care enough about them.

I don't even mind being slower, though it does make the grind feel worse... it does make speed buffs feel more impactful.

GGG you could've avoided so much hate handling this stuff differently. It really seems like not a single one of you test league content or game changes from start to finish of a character... the whole things matters, you can't just do say... act 1 with nothing and tune that, then shoot straight to a full kitted character and check the pinnacle. The whole journey matters.

The spell started to crack with the tencent stuff, your priorities and lack of QA are making it easier to walk even being invested from the beta. I'd assume that isn't what you're aiming for.

To cap this with something positive, I liked the act one changes... and reading steam reviews/these forums has been amusing. Those of you having fun, enjoy! Those of you not, sorry... something else will come along.

Instead of googling an "Internet please tell me I am right" video from the most casual streamer/youtuber there is, while not even playing the game, you could watch a guide that actually teaches you more about the game and pulls you just a bit out of the "Harvest fans" barrel.

Instead of having to spend hours upon hours researching a game just to find a build you might not like playing anyways after you're done spending even more hours grinding it up and getting it geared because your previous favorite build was gutted, you could just quit the game and find something else to do with your life. Around 23% or more of the players have at the start of this league according to Chris (and about 70% or so of the Steam players at the very least by now after that, per steam charts)!

less peak players than from December 2019 and ~39,000 less peak players than last league. steam charts make it look as bad as it actually is.

Do you honestly believe that will work? The mods can just remove the links to the images. Making an enemy of them is a losing proposition. They literally have all the power here. You're fighting into strength.

I'm a free speech stickler too, but I've found the mods here to be pretty lenient here compared to dung-heaps like reddit or twitter. If you're not descending into blatant ad-hominim or excessive profanity, you're allowed to make your point.

Hell, they don't even tear down posts telling people to go try other games - I've seen dozens of those sort of things in the past few weeks and they're still up. Try doing that on Blizzard's forums and see how long you last...
