Im live in Porto Alegre - RS (Brazil) and use service NET-Claro, my normal ping is 30~45ms but in past 4 days my ping is 145+. This happened while im in game when enter in another map on device.

I Play HCSSF exclusively and man this whole league has been a disaster, from the infinite queue and disconnect fiasco to the invisible textures that lasted for like a month and now this shitty SAO PAULO server that lags every single map/boss I run, for real my latency bar looks like a roller coaster, only reason I'm still playing is because I'm addicted AF but this is unacceptable GGG please give us an answer at least if you care about people in South American SMH.

even playing with noping, latency decreased but rollbacks still happen ... GGG when will we be heard ???????
