Latency issues from Brazil - Net/Virtua ISP

Same here, but from the tracert seems the problem is inside the server network, isnt it?

My ping is constantly around 170. It's as if I was playing in Texas server.

Guys, I'm talking with Claro right now, can you please confirm your region? State, city, if possible send the tracert log or print to PoE Sao Paulo server? it helps a lot

According to the Claro ISP the issue is with the server, the lag starts after leaving our "nodes" and reaching the servers as shown in any tracert posted before.
