Latency issues from Brazil - Net/Virtua ISP

Having the same issue here for about a week. Same ISP as everyone who's having it.
It probably is ISP routing issues, but it would less frustrating if customer service acknowledges it and try to get in touch with NET/Claro to sort out whay may be happening.
As someone stated already, a one side solution for players to get in touch with ISP isn't viable, it would be a blame game.

Some of us are long time supporters of the game and unfortunately we're not able to play with 150+ ms ping, especially given that we played having around 20ms ping before.

Good news!!! The lag was fixed at least for now.

Run map now is ok but if you try some trial,morph,bright have huge spike latency -.-
Well the issue seems to be gone and back every few days... It's still going on.
Speaking here from Buenos Aires, Argentina. Using Movistar as my ISP...
If anyone knows how to find or test the connections between the two countries, or if anyone could link me back to the original post on how to use that debug tool to measure package loss, I would appreciate it.

There is a general troubleshooting guide fixed in the technical support, the end of the post has the internet/connection issues and the tool they ask.
