Latency issues from Brazil - Net/Virtua ISP

The latency is no longer a constant 160+ms, but the lag spikes are disgusting. It it still unplayable on my end, unfortunately.

I too am having a problem / high latency when playing from Santiago, Chile. Like the others, my usual ping was consistently in the 70s to Brazil. As of the last several days it has constantly been around 140ms, yet the tracert times to 169.57.132.54 are reporting around 60ms.

Your servers are not fixed at all please do something GGG.
The ping is normal but it spikes every second to abnormal and unacceptable levels, character freezes in place for 3 seconds etc...   Last edited by Karamon10#7295 on Jun 10, 2021, 6:02:46 PM
