Extreme Game Freezes when Action starts - GAME BUG and no Internet Issue

there seem to be some sort of triggers for these lags.
most of the time these spikes happen when im near league mechanics (multiple harbingers, legion, abyss, breach, beyond).
I'm getting ping spikes just running in circles in my hideout.
problem still persists after the last patch

Same here, I'm having this lag spikes in all sort of situations, sometimes I can do a map and then go to hideout and lag spikes to heaven, game freeze, and I must disconnect/reconnect and wait a while to do another map, sometimes I fresh login in hideout and using any skill lag spike again, and other times is in middle of a map without any heavy mechanic, just cross the portal enter the map and lag appears.

Besides that the lag doesn't low by itself If I stay without moving or using any skill, I must disconnect/reconnect in order to low it.

I've tried all EU servers and Moscow, I'm going to try Canada now to see if works.

It has been totally unplayable since last restartless patch.
you broked me again after last patch

fps drop and all that good shit back

3 sec freezes fighting 10 bosses in maven's crucible
not quite sure how i didnt die

but was unenjoyable stuttering my way through that

i swear i think i do the packcheck every night praying it will work

sux man

So I recorded 2 maps back to back and the first one had terrible lag while the second one didnt lag at all. Same map, same sextants, same scarabs.
No Headhunter this time to make the ping bar better visible.

The Recording: https://youtu.be/HP-cVWHT3yY

0:00-6:45 first map with lag
6:45-11:27 second map without lag

WinMTR of the first map: https://pastebin.com/muUVCEEg

WinMTR of the second map: https://pastebin.com/NYmhzZVg

I sent this to GGG and got this answer:

Leaving the map and joining it again after 2-3 minutes fixes the lag most of the time.
So ggg told me to post here to get help, but so far I got 0 help and the game is still unplayable.

The lags make 0 sense when I can run 1 map with horrible lags followed by another one with 0 lags without a break in between. Same maps, sextants, scarabs, etc.
It also makes no sense that I can leave the map and most of the time the lags are fixed on re-entering.
I have same issue. Servers are just can't calculate and making freezes/desync and eventually disconnects.

Every server is the same. EU-US no difference.

Game is not playable for me anymore.

I also got exact same answer when I reached GGG via mail.

Hi there, Vinc009! I'm sorry to hear about this and I apologise for the delay in reply.

I have had a look at your MTR and I'm seeing a bit of latency and consistent packet loss possibly beginning at your second hop (your connection from your house to your ISP). There may be a possibility that this may be due to your router, or possibly due to the method used to connect to your router.

Could you please properly power-cycle your network? This involves turning off your router and devices for a minimum of 2-3 minutes, then turning them back on, letting the router fully turn on first before turning your devices back on. This forces the router and your devices to make fresh connections and also helps if there are any errors occurring within the router itself.

In addition, could you please ensure that you are using Ethernet (wired) connection. Wireless will sometimes lack the capacity to keep up with the demands of Path of Exile.
