Extreme Game Freezes when Action starts - GAME BUG and no Internet Issue

I echo the OP's issues, only this just started happening to me today. Last night it was fine, great performance, better than ever really.

Then all throughout today, crashes, freezes, totally unplayable. If I run through an entire map, painfully, it seems to help at the end with the rituals. They still freeze horribly, but it doesn't crash the game and I'm LS so I can just hold down the skill and tap flasks and win. But it's insane, 10-15 sec freezes.

NOT LAGS, etc, to Aragorn who is not helping in this thread by repeatedly trying to tell us to take the issue to another forum, etc.

I did nothing between last night and today, with a massive change in performance.

I have now reset both my routers, full 10 secs off to help clear out the cache etc. with a full soft reset.

I have 4 wifi channels, this happens on all of them. I have tried the 4 closest gateways, same. Doesn't help.

Something has happened on your end, GGG, so please fix it. Don't ask about my rig, etc. It was working fine last night. It's not me.

Hi there, Vinc009! Thank you for getting back to us.

Can you please provide us with a screenshot, or video of your latency and FPS graphs while this issue is occurring? You can enable these by pressing F1 in-game.

In this situation we will also need some additional information about your PC so that we can continue troubleshooting, and the best way to provide this will be for you to provide us a DirectX Diagnostic (DxDiag) report!

To generate a DxDiag report, please follow these steps:
~ Press the windows key + r on your keyboard to bring up the Run interface
~ Type dxdiag into the run dialogue box and press enter
~ When the DxDiag application starts up, press the 'Save All Information' button in the bottom right, save the report to your desktop and post here as a pastebin.com link.

The Latency and fps graphs can be seen in my last recording i posted here:

And here is the DxDiag: https://pastebin.com/eGjcxG7c

~3 days later and no response :)
Weekend coming up and no fix. I deleted the content file and redownloaded it using the game client. Trying to play again this morning, it's still freezing with every action, crashing regularly, and giving random errors including new ones. "This operation requires the account to be logged in."

So, POE is logging me out somehow. WTH

PLEASE FIX THIS. It's not on my end, it's you, GGG, and it's absolutely ridiculous.

As long as you are using WiFi then this can happend. Can you please change to cable connection DIRECTLY to the ISP router/modem because I don't think it's helping that you have dual routers with maybe dual NAT enable....

Same issue. Fine in hideout, steady 70-80, and when I join any map it starts jumping wildly from 80-500 and everywhere in between. Only started last night.

Two things I want to add-

1. Come on GGG, or anyone else reading this with doubts. This many people from this many different places cannot be having the exact same issue, and you still think it has something to do with our end. That doesn't make any sense. This is an issue that has something to do with YOU.

2. Here's something strange. When I use mobile hotspot and connect to my phone instead of my house's wifi, this issue doesn't happen. I realize your immediate reaction is to go "well it's a problem with your router then" but I'm doubtful, again because so many people are reporting the same problem with a variety of different network providers. I'm not a technician, but if I had to guess maybe it has something to do with the server randomly having a bad time handling traffic from certain connections? I have no clue why this would happen, because that'd be something only GGG could tell us.

But seriously, please, do something.
@Vinc009,
Could you confirm if between first map (with lag) and second map (no lag) you're in the same instance server?
You can find this information in PoE installed directory and folder "Logs" >> Client.txt

You'll probably be able to find something like
Spoiler
[INFO Client 19492] : You have entered 'mapname'

And next to it:
Spoiler
[INFO Client 19492] Connecting to instance server at....

Why I am asking this?
It really looks like an ISP routing issues, I'm not sure if you already did or if could you do a test using a VPN or a tool that maybe can change your ISP routes to check if it still remains?

5(!!!) Days now and still no answer.
This just started happening to me recently. Exactly like all of the videos posted in this thread.

Info: I chain run alch'd T10 Canyons/Harbingers. This will randomly happen where it lags to being unplayable, massive input lag and freezing.

The only solution I can do to get the game snapped out of it is grab a random map from my stash, open it, enter it and boom fixed.

I then go back to running my Canyons.

It is either a mob, a rare modifier, league mechanic, or something that causes this. I have yet to find a correlation. I do run with a HH, the lag starts before I even kill a rare though.
