Before it was available only in "base pet" pack, and costs around 130 USD (888 yuan). Gives you voucher to choose one of available pets: -Sunprism Cat Pet* -Arctic Dragon Hunter Pet* -Amaranthine Gargoyle Pet -Nine-Tailed Fox Pet* -Dragon Hunter Pet -White Dragon Pet -Nightfall Dragon Pet Base version pickups low-tier and some mid-tier currency, cannot be configured. -Permanent, /w 90-days premium upgrade. Before it was available only in "premium pet" pack, costs around 200 USD (1388 yuan). Gives you voucher to choose one of available pets + upgrade to premium scroll (for 90 days). Pets with * also has more fancy premium skin. Premium version allows pet to pickup more mid-tier currency (like alchemy, silver coins, chisels and scouring orbs), also it has bigger pickup radius and faster move speed. Also, you can access pickup menu to select, which currency you want pet to pickup (you can disable pickup for low-tier currency, like scrolls, transmutation orbs, etc). After 90 days it becomes "expired", e.t. turns into a base version, but keeps premium skin. Expired pets from "pet pack" cannot be upgraded into premium again. Since Harvest Tencent added new exclusive autoloot "partner" pets -Daughter of Sin (~60 USD base version + ~60 USD for premium upgrade) -Freya (~90 USD base version + ~60 USD for premium upgrade) "Partner" pets was voiced by actors, and plays various replicas, when you kill monsters, or when drops some currency/items. Expired exclusive pets can be upgraded into premium again. "Daughter of Sin" also could autoloot seeds during Harvest league. There was additional events and mini-game with rewards. |

I appreciate Blizzard and D3 more and more as time goes on. They did so many great things for their fans and it was all free, aside from the initial game cost. It feels like the opposite with GGG now....and yes I cringe at the number of useless pets in my mtx stash.

You can say whatever you want about GGG's MTX policy/prices. And by all means, there's a lot to say. But if they were to add renting/temporary stuff (with an in-game advantage) for sale? My God, I wonder how this forum/Reddit would look.

It would have a few less long-time posters. Stuff like that would be a deal breaker. I'd wish them luck and move on. Still friends with Bill Roper even after the Flagship thing.
