In order to get rid of clearspeed meta cap global movement speed at 100% but make all skills instant so everything feels great.

Bugfixes are allwaysa welcome sight, specially given the current state of the league. I do feel talismans add nothing to the current state of the game, no matter how many "shinny new mods" you guys keep adding, this is that one league content no one wants, specially as a reward competing with much better stuff.
Now all we need is for crackling lance to actually work. | |
