Seems like a small patch in terms of content. Actual size is over 5Gb??? Clearly i don't understand anything.

why not 0%? I'm kind of shocked that you guys went this far, but intentionally stopped short of doing what people actually wanted. Edit I feel like this needs to be added to. This solution seems like a compromise between those on the dev team that want to shut players up and those who want to tell us to screw off. Why can't we turn bloom off? Thank you for the change with Exposure before Bloom. It at least brings some of the feel back to my hideout. Would still like to be able to go to lower than 25% bloom, but at least the look is overall better.

regarding the 504 error (portoghese bullshit), I installed a vpn, connected to an US server and the patch went really fast.

Still can't finish the patch due to 504 issue. Everyone went to sleep? It has been four hours from what I can see in the comments.
