Harvest could be worst league ever?

The crafting is nice, not necessary but a major draw this league. I haven't crafted anything crazy and probably wont bother but I've never needed or wanted that anyways. I honestly wouldn't care if they nuked crit, crit multi, explody, % increase stats etc.

I like the augments, remove/replace, sockets and link crafts. I even like the characters they introduce in leagues and how content gets added to core but the garden process is a no no for me.

Sure, trading does belong in PoE. But you have to admit it has been rather... Prominent as of late?

Don't embarrass yourself. You finding it tedious and boring is fine, subjectivity and all. But planting a seed, harvesting a seed and using the lifeforce on an item does not require a PhD. You just spit in the face of every person out there with a PhD, and called yourself rather [Removed by me].

Harvest crafting is FAR less complex than crafting used to be in this game. You being too [Removed by me] to understand something, does not put the mechanic in a bad light.

dude go on reddit and follow these instructions to get your 10/10 explody chests or 143636 dps axes
"iTs nOt ThAt hArD"
he isnt wrong, it is complex dont you downplay this -.-

But that comes from complexity of items themselves not crafting or harvest. If you already know that chest can have only 3 physical mods then what part of crafting it is hard to understand? It is tedious, its is boring but not hard or complex. So yes, he is wrong.

crafting this way will only bring you that far which is exactly what the previous crafting was capable of

the targeted augments/annuls/exalts are neat indeed, but to truly use this garden you have to get some knowledge
otherwise you can put a multimod on a decently regaled item and go your way

And what it has to do with what i said? You need knowladge but its not about harvest but items in general. Harvest itself is not complex at all. You also underestimate how powerfull those targeted mods are. It hands down the biggest batch of power creep we ever got in PoE. Im not even talking about mirror tier items here.

you must have missed the anger about this counterintuitive garden and the demand for guides, the optimized layout (ofc optional) and the need for planning.
its not as complex as quantum mechanics, no. but its just about this nonsense being complex or not.
guess how many play without advanced mod descriptions and dont even have an idea about things tagged with cold/phys for example or thinking poison is a chaos mod because why not and then deleting something they wanted to stay

And how is it GGG's problem that people dont use tools given to them? Everything you say boils down to "harvest is complex because players are stupid". Handholding through game shouldnt be the default. Lets have some standards ok? Its not a game for 10 year olds.

yeah you are right this game is doing a wonderful job at explaining stuff :D

Last 30 Days: Avg. Players: 33,906
add the standalone client-users, take away the bots and god knows the exact number but it wont be nice to watch, except GGG is rooting for bad player retention now.
I am an "older" player and i feel if i cannot work out new content then i just don't bother with it at all. Like sythesis league i gave harvest a reasonable try and failed. Call me dumb but i feel there is more than enough to do in the game without getting a headache spending unnecessary time on riddles.
I really do think GGG fail badly in not bringing out a comprehensive guide for new content before a new game patch.
Sure there are lots who really enjoy the challenge of working out what needs to be done in new content but i am not 1. Probably just too old.

Putting the stats you want on gear isn't any more complex than allocating a node on a tree or doing gem links. If you can't understand the incredibly rudimentary rules of items in this game then you should probably be getting help. People are just fucking lazy and dumb and just regurgitate what everyone else says, when it's literally no more complicated than "this is the mod I want, this is its tag, do I have space in the affixes/correct influence."
There's no powercreep here. Creep implies it's slow and could be overlooked, this is a full out sprint.
