Crashes, 5700 XT AMD Issue?

No crash:
- Leyline
- Volcano

- Pier
- Pen

- Strand

- Geode
- Villa
- Underground Sea
- Caldera
- Pit
- Thicket
Same problem help please

Windows 10
ASUS R9 270x TOP 4GB 256Bit
AMD 8320 3.5Ghz
8GB Ram
DirectX 12
Crashes on Atoll and Courtyard maps, when Tane spawn.
But only when it rains(Both maps with rain effect). Without rain it's ok.
AMD Radeon r9 290x
This is just a rant. I am usually a calm person, but this just unacceptable. Not testing it on a popular vga and even taking this long to fix it... I installed the "workaround" but those fps drops makes the game unplayable sometimes. What makes it worse is I just upgraded to the Empyrean Supporter Pack like a clown before this league and can not even play it. All my friends are already doing endgame or making a second exile... I know I could just play without the new mechanic, but what is the point in that? You miss out potentially a lot of loot, xp, currency, etc... amd 5700 here too.

Cannot get past the climb
I tried the workaround and it did not work.
After i killed a boss in the climb i got a black screen and i had to reboot the pc from the power button again.
AMD's or GGG's issue it's just unacceptable

Yo, are you me? I definitely know that feeling. Was pretty excited for this league and grabbed the Empyrean pack before the core packs change. My group of friends always play really hard during the first week or two. So many of my them are already doing red maps while I am slogging along with white maps. Feels real bad. And when I am playing, I have to avoid doing the league mechanic at all which is just terrible.

The workaround is pretty bad for me and the FPS dips during the metamorph fights make it almost unplayable anyways. Not to mention the refusal to say if it is against terms of service just gives additional pause for me. For anyone reading this, I'm not trying to rag on the game it is just a frustrating situation for all involved.
Brought RX 5700 only for this new league... Worst decision I have ever made.. never again AMD.. P.S. anyone want to buy almost new AMD card? D:
For people who are getting black screen, im being able to close the game using alt+tab to taskmanager and using keys to get to PoE.exe and del to close it (checking the mosaic of windows holding alt+tab). Its not a fix to the crash itself but atleast that way you wont have to reboot the system all the time.

I've created a topic for that workaround (along with some improvements tips), and the GGG only response was, that they are moving it to technical support forum :D so I guess they don't mind?

Anyway, finished act 1-7 on that workaround, act 4-7 with enabled caching, and the fps drops even during metamorphs are "mostly" gone for me (version 1.5, caching on), there are still some skill effect combinations which makes it drops fps heavily, but I've already seen so much of them that its like I get 1s lag every 3rd metamorph. Act bosses same thing. Once you see the boss several times, the lag would be gone completely. However I am interested what will be the performance once I reach atlas, but that will be tomorrow I guess. so far, when rerunning maps in acts, I have 140-240fps with explosive build.

I know that vulkan workaround is far from the good experience, but it makes game fully "playable" and at least it is self improving with every map completed, every boss killed.

I am actually considering I'll keep that workaround updated for the time being in case such situation rises again (and even when GGG fixes it, some people might find it better).
