I was occasionally crashing as anyone else with a 5700XT however this forced me to try the game on linux...
Installed steam flatpak on Arch and aside from initial stuttering due to shaders being compiled, the game now runs wonders

GGG please speed up development of a native linux vulkan based client so we don't ever have to go trough something like this again

PS. Never seen a flat render time line on windows and amd

You could have just used that vulkan workaround I posted. It is doing the exactly same way as on linux (using dxvk to run the game), so even waiting for shaders to be compiled is there :D

Edit: you mean this flat? (vulkan on windows)

Yep almost the same :)

Only reason why I keep windows around is PoE... Seems I won't be booting that OS again for a long time
God 5 crashes in 5 maps today in row! 5700 xt FIX it pls
The game keep crashing on Metamorph encounter 5 times per hour.

Latest drivers update.
Nothing like that before 3.9.

It's really pissing me off. almost has killed my keyboard in rage.

Radeon R7 370.

Please do something!

I've tried this vulkan thing, it's working but there is something weird going on whenever the metamorph guy respawn, I always encountered some laggy stuff like it drops fps. I have a stable internet too. I revert my settings to default but still it happened this laggy thing. I'm not sure if it's related with the vulkan or not. Have you encountered this one?

Specs:
cpu: R5 3600
gpu: RX 5700 XT
ram: 32GB
with SSD
Having random crashes also.. Screen goes black and have to hard reset.
I feel like it got worse since yesterday patch.

CPU: 3900x
GPU: 2070Super

SSD: 1TB NMVE m2

Will this ever end?
User of a Pulse 5700 Xt and i experience the same issues as most of the people.
Driver is the 19.12.2

A few of the issues i had so far

After killing Kuduku black screen
After going to the climb and killing the boss there black screen
After going to the town waypoint black screen
After changing some graphic settings while in game and not on login screen black screen

All these black screens required a system reboot using the power button since the signal to the monitor was lost.

I wonder if this is a driver issue or PoE's issue since it is only happening to AMD gpus as i see.

5700xt, no crash Old Fields this morning on fresh character. Will keep progessing and testing.

As I posted:
---
Performance
On initial startup, the game will be really choppy, but it will wear off once the cache is built. Basically every time you would see some new effect/skill/location/mts for the first time, you can expect fps drop, next encounter with such effect will no longer will be choppy.

IF you mean actual lags, then yes, the GGG has problems with some DDOS attacks on some gateways.
It keeps crashing Win10 64 Bit Radeon 5700 XT latest driver
16 Gig Ram 3200Mhz
AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
