NO update :/ Hope this is not getting swept under the rug.

We're still working on it. :)

If you have an idea which skills cause it, perhaps you could let us know?

Given the plethora of builds that look to be viable in blight, I'm sure some of us would then adjust a bit until you folks get the fix out there! :)
Nothing in the patch notes so guessing it wont be fixed this league.
tl;dr/dw GGG Tech Support should ask users complaining about Ryzen 3000 performance, which motherboard they use. To exclude VRM temps as a problem/CPU throttle.

Tech YouTubers have been warning about Ryzen 3000 motherboard VRM temps the last days and do not recommend certain boards, which are poorly designed:

* VRM temps of 90-100-105 ... 115 C when under load.

* or a really loud motherboard fan, that is louder than your Noctua fans on your AIO radiator, when under load.

eg MSI X570-A Pro, 115 C VRM temps when under load, which causes the CPU to throttle down to 500Mhz

Already stated what board i have. Even full watercooling on cpu/gpu with good ventilation. And the only game i have an issue with is poe. But whatever enjoying classic wow so np to skip this league.
Good news - we should have a fix in for 3.8.0.
i've played since 08/29 on Ryzen 3700x, 16gb, rtx 2070, win10
came from i5-3570k without reinstalling windows10.
all working great and i have no fps drops
maybe it's just because i didn't use those mentioned skills.
