Your sarcasm doesn't address one simple fact.
In shop you can only list item that you have. And once listed you can not deny a person its purchase. Therefore it is impossible to fix prices. Capiche? |

That's my point.
Try not using currency stash. Like at all. Only use default 4 tabs, and see how comfortable will be your journey through Wraeclast. We all know it won't. |

Bind the trading to a character you find in the Epilogue. There you can search, buy and offer items with a restricted amount of stash space. Means any bots would need to go through all the acts first before they can do those trades and GGG has full control on the inventory size for each player, so they can (somewhat) control how many items get on the market.
