The forsaken master secret:

Theme / Story:

We all thought the forsaken masters are kind people who just want to help wraeclast in its bad times.
The truth behind their real meaning lays in their Hideout..
Niko is drawing people into his mine, showing them the riches that lay down there.
But thats not the truth, he is trying to collect people, people like you, yes you,
i guess you were in his mine already werent you?
Well after you did the work for him he will bring you up to einhar,
known as the beastmaster but he is actually an executioner killing lots and lots of people just to feed navali's ritual.
Not only them, Alva is not traveling to the past to safe the future,
she is actually there to imprison people and bring them to einhar.
Have you never wondered why she keeps the portals up even after you killed the vaal omnitect?
Well, atleast helena and zana are fine people, until you know that they are the leaders of the "cult" sitting on a golden
throne far above wraeclast looking down on you while you level through prisoners gate.

Sorry for my bad english but that just came through my head while i was creating the hideout. :D
Video quality is not as good as i would like it to be but well my pc is garbage, will add screenshots if needed. ^^

This is my hideout: Wraeclast lost island.
Its an island with ruins of a previously civilization. Some exiles discovered the island and made their home on the ruins. Alva finally made her furtune in gold by exploring ruins (and not us lol).

This is my fantasy guild themed undercity hideout, loosely inspired by the rataways of Riften in Skyrim.

Here is some context for the theme of the guild:

There is a guild treasury area, guarded by Alva and 2 giant statues on each side of the entrances.

A grave-like map device area where the more necromantic arts take place as well as a doorway further into the dungeon which is more of the forbidden parts of the guild. This is guarded by Nico.

The guild records and repository of knowledge is organized by and taken care of by helena.

There is an altar room, "the shrine of mercy" where members of the guild pray to their god.

Next to that shrine room is a place of a justice statue where members of the guild who have wronged or their enemies are taken to have their fates determined, which if spared, they are to atone in the shrine room.

Otherwise, Alva executes them. Alva also has an interrogation area.

The center area is the guild hub where members dine and talk. Close by is a passage containing supplies of the guild. Einhar records and keeps count of the supplies.

=)
Some people have incredible hideouts. I chose to go for a "clean" look this league.

"The mastermind's corruption".
A successful empire, built on the riches of emperors past, forced to flee from the immortal syndicate's mastermind Catarina, spreading rot and desolation.

The people must come before our selfish intent. We cannot be motivated by greed and stand united. We shall not repeat the night of a Thousand Ribbons. Our riches are lost, but we are the goddess' chosens.

We shall prevail.

Spoiler
Catarina's hangout; tormenting unfortunate souls

Hallway

Throne room, remnants of an empire left empty in a hurry

To the map device!

Strikeforce headquarters (Sorry, I ran out of carpet!)

Underground Forest

Hello, just started playing PoE after the infamous mobile game announcement from an another company. I have really liked PoE so far. This is my first hideout ever! I tried to capture the feeling of being in a camp that is in overgrown ancient underground ruins. Hope you like it. :D

The Entrance

Welcome :)

Bridge to the Cartographer's Tent

I really like this part. Trees hanging over the ledge and makes it look feel like an underground forest.

Cartographer's Tent

One of the portals goes inside the tent and when you enter the map one last time it feels nice to walk in to the tent and to be teleported to the map.

Main Settlement

Nice open area in which the masters hangout and one sleepy soldier.
Spoiler
He's not dead, just sleeping

Defences

I blocked the unused part of the hideout and tried to make it look like defensive line.

Bridge to the Ancient Technology

I designed the ruined wall to have an opening so the water can fall there.

Ancient Technology in the Ruins

The crafting area

The Back Alley

The nature has taken over this place and it has been overgrown.

Market Place

Small lively market place full of supplies and people. :D

Improvement suggestions are welcome. :) Hope that I can learn more how to make nicer and more practical hideouts in the future.

P.S. Really nice hideouts in this thread. So many creative people.
