Curiosity question: was this related to one of the 3.4.5b hotfixes, or just 3.4.5b itself? I don't recall this happening until after the b patch was released.

This is oddly only happening with my inquisitor, not my beserker. The first fix didn't work by enabling a herald which should count as a skill.
