Group SSF

All this conspiracy...
For all we know the announcement could be some skill rework.
Summon skeletons now has a 3% cast speed buff and a 1% cast cooldown increase at all levels.

As for GSF.
I think the current SSF is very restrictive:
Master missions and a build totally dependant on gear you drop, too restrictive!
I think the masters could solve that by assisting you better instead of selling 2c absolute vendor trash.


However the current alternative, the open play is dominanted by price fixing, exessive botting, scammers and the QotF mappers who care zero for teamplay.

I miss the party piety/dominus runs, master daily rota and buying rares for few C instead of a 12exalt helmet with utter trash stats like I vendor 100 a day.
So yeah, I hope GSF offers a way out for players like me!

To be fair, I can now see a bunch of us have different views on what GSF would be and in all honesty, i'd prefer a way that you can choose up to 3 players and you could trade with only those 3 for the whole season or slightly more since game engine allows for more.

Or trade with all players but without the need of RMT'ing 7mirrors to buy a half crap wand or gloves?

Reason the SSF was introduced in the first place because the ultra scammers and botters rekt'd the entire trade system.

I would much prefer to see some form of solo self found version with better drop rate of consumable currency&maps for more enjoyable and less grindy (in negative way) experience.

Or in short ssf legacy league ;p

The above is a good proposal.

Better drops instead of 7x shavrones pace boots on your full eva ranger.

Have an option select your path early on.
Like that purple prophecy chick with her funny voice but actually useful this time.

You select a summoner as future, why can't the masters guide you there in SSF.
Why does elron have to sell a 10C utter trash boots with ZERO interaction for summoner every 12 days or so.

Where is vis mortis, midnight bargain, montegrul's grasp, queens' decree...

We need that for our minions, not a 1000000th unil's gauge.

Drops will never be changed for SSF.

Drops doubled on ALL leagues few years ago.

They don't have to actually make 10 headhunter drops a day, just a more smart system, build dependant imo.


Also, increasing drops would have them block acces to standard league.
Once there, always there.

My source is common sense, if they start upping SSF drop rates there would be blood in the streets, so to speak.
GGG's #1 stance has been that this is a trade driven game, so SSF flies in the face of the absolute core of their design.

I'm quite sure they also said that Path of exile is an HARDCORE ARPG.
There is literally no downside of creating additional game mode separated from all special snowflakes who find trading 24h/7/365 reason to live.
You like trading? That's cool but i would actually prefer to spend my limited time playing the game not some poor mix of tetris and economic simulation. You know, some people have to do things outside of playing games non stop.
