The Crawler from Herald of Agony has 1600 to 3200 (+ base damage) at 40 stacks? Seems balanced.

" PoB will only be updated with the new skill gems (and even updated values for old skill gems) after the game itself is. What exactly is "withered" from withering touch. As the wither gem scales and this gem doesn't seem to do that.

Why no new skill for dagger? Sword can use almost every skill gem in game and mirrored sword has more dps than dagger.
