They Cut the regen from pyromaniac in half.
Explosive expert- huge nerf: damage penetrates 10% res only for chilled enemies

in the tutorial demi does not add explosive expert.

nothing huge, but wondering why they nerf an ascendency that was barely played last 2 leagues
It looks like it might be worthwhile to ditch pyromaniac for explosives expert, and equip Hrimburn gloves for our cold and burning damage, so we would get another 8% damage reduction, +80% crit chance, and +30% crit multiplier.

Explosive expert was one of thr best ascendancy nodes for trapper(if u have enought trap trigger aoe( over 180%, with "Hair trigger" gem for example, "chain reaction" doesn't matter)) cuz chain reaction doesn't work with recovery or chance to gain power/frenzy charges/chance "trap trigger an additional time"/... The explosive expert previously grant us 10% more damage due to penetration of resistance and additional % damage, and also did not deprive us of the possibility of activating useful properties from items (tinkerskin) and gems for each throwed trap. When using a chain reaction, the clear speed improves, but activation of useful properties is caused by the strabbing of the first trap, but not the traps activated by the chain reaction. The nerf is made solely because of new mine skills and updated mine mechanics.
