Sometimes it's worth to pick up every yellow item

Golden plates have rolled godly for me all league. Tons of other things in standard stash but i dont want to go through it.

If theres one thing i learned from playing soo long its that, you never know what godly rolled rare awaits.

These are far from godly. I wouldn't even try to six-link them. Resists are nice but you can get them anywhere - what you want from an armour-based chest is life, armour and strength first, resists are an afterthought.

I've had helmets better than these chests. I give away almost everything when I finish a league so I barely have any gear, but I still found one leftover:

You dont need to have a GG item for it to be godly by temporary league standards.

Found this mid league, had already made 3 characters and didn't want to make a 4th to build around it, will try spec throw with it on standard though.

They are far from godly. I only play temp leagues, I'm not talking about the 'mirror gear or gtfo' league. It seems we just have different definitions of godly.

The chests you linked are worth ~2-3 chaos in Prophecy league. This means I probably won't even bother to list them after the first two weeks in a league, so for me they would be vendor trash if I were still playing in Prophecy. Bothering to pick up and identify chests is one of the least productive things to do with your time as most players use uniques anyway, with CI or life+ES builds being the one major exception and the reason why I only identify high-ES chests. The few builds which use solid rare armour or evasion-based chests always look for high armour or evasion rolls + life as a first priority, strength as a second priority for armour builds and resists are just an afterthought.

Chests with high armour and life rolls and at least 60 total resists, on the other hand:

One at 10 chaos and reasonable choice in the 20-40 chaos range. These are the good, 6-link-worthy chests. Guess what, you can and usually will play an entire league without something like these dropping. It could drop if you get lucky but it's far from guaranteed. And the time expended to pick up and identify every high-armour base would be ridiculous. Even if you drop one, you'll have wasted so much time identifying that it still won't be worth it.
