oh its okay, im not losing nerves about it! firstly, i have to actually focus on irl stuff, before this situation it was harder for me because i was like "omg poe is such an awesome game and the company is awesome, so im gonna play some more, no time wasted", while now im like "well okay poe is an awesome game, but this whole idiotic thing kinda kills my fun so i might as well study instead of playing". and secondly, im not gonna invest a single $ until i get my response (which may be never but its okay, im not losing money, they are), and when enough people read this topic and see what kind of behavior i got from them, then enough will complain, and then they will move their capitalist asses to actually do something!

yeah :( they kinda made me the guilty one lol...it is very easy to have the moral ground when they own the thing and their word is the last one! i mean, i may have wanted to pm back that ggg mod with "how about go fuck yourself", but that wouldnt end well for me, so i guess i have to tackle it the legal way and hope someone that outranks those mods notices this!

oh and an idea how searching for future employees in ggg: if the guy/girl doesnt actually play the game and is familiar with the community, dont let him/her work with the said community!

This kind of stuff is a complete waste of resources for GGG to spend time on. They should let the community moderate trade/service reputations as they have been doing previously.

A free market economy includes reputation. Sites like amazon, ebay, etc allow buyers and sellers to give rep, product reviews, etc. If GGG wants to moderate something it should be reports of falsely negative rep. Instead they presume any rep report could be a false accusation and try to block all of it. That's ineffective and wasteful moderation.

The personal gain from falsely accusing someone is negligible. The personal gain from scamming is massive. Players have a much greater incentive to scam. GGG's anti name/shame policy makes no sense.

Can you imagine if GGG ran Amazon? Review: product doesn't work as advertised or breaks in 1 day. GGG: don't name and shame bro! banned! It's like a fucking how-to-guide on creating a toxic shitty environment where honest people are crapped on.

Exactly what is the question you need answered? GGG gave you an answer in game (as shown in your screenshot) and you've completely chosen to ignore that (unless you HAVE emailed Support, in which case I apologise) so what more do you want them to say?

seeing all the (often) hateful discussions about how the game should be played i can imagine some players personally gain alot from destroying other player's reputation just for the sake of it.
