Your ES is low because your gloves and boots are very low ES, your Discipline is only lv 18, and your staff and helmet are not high +%Int rolls. You definitely want to get something more useful: Enfeeble, TC or AA. One of the nice things about Black Sun Crest is that you can keep any useful helmet enchantment, get another Black Sun and start enchanting it until you get something better. And use different helmets for different endgame bosses. For example, my main helmet has the TC ench, but I use a different one with AA ench for Uber Atziri and Phoenix, and yet another one (which I'm currently enchanting) for the Shaper: This level of flexibility is not possible with rare helmets. You don't need Fortify until high tier maps. For a movement skill use Flame Dash or LW. Start using Leap Slam when your FA is ready. Also, Leap Slam is not used to 'get out of situations'. It's used to get TO the mobs and proc Fortify. This build does not run away.
