More like people used to pay and or party up for bandit kills. Then the pking started to happen.

Ah, yes. It was glorious.
I'm a forum warrior, i was born to post, raised to defend my league. Now my post has been removed, chained and exiled by mods who Ban. Ban is my brother; i do not fear it. I see it in the eyes of men and beasts that i troll. It will take me to play the actual game when i am ready and i am not ready.
Honestly you have to be insecure to even care about what other people do/pay for. And if you think using portals during boss fights is cheating... stay in softcore by all means. The reason I prefer hc is because its more exciting, I feel I enjoy a league longer.

Because you will rip, sometimes sooner, sometimes later. If you grind out 3 weeks on the same char in sc, you'll be extremely wealthy, running uber, etc, that gets stale fast. When I run into a pack and my health bar drop to 20% my heart beasts faster, I get a rush, and the feeling is better when you survive. Not to mention killing bosses on hc just gives a greater sense of achievement. But thats personal, and different for everybody, so, LmFaO WhO CaReS xD
Ok do the general opposition to the original post is that "its easier and faster".

With that mentality, can we have some sort of "skip feature" for the freakin labryinth trials?? I made a post about that a week or two ago and there was overwhelming opposition to the suggestion that we skip the trials. Why not?

Trials are cancer, lab is neccesary evil.

Because its faster, simple as that. I killed all the act bosses in every difficulty probably a hundred times so i dont need the confirmation that i can do it every fkn single time. But if i enter act 3 or 4 im already puking when i imagine i have to run the same way again like the 100 times before. So i pay 3 or 4 chaos for a guy that teleports around and skips the running for me while i grind the levels in docks or dried lake. I woldnt mind if he or she would just teleport me infront of the boss rooms, but when i pay him currency he can kill the stuff anyway since hes there.

QFT
Because some builds don't come into their own until they've got some levels/gear, so you pay someone to get you past the hard Bosses you can't handle just yet.

I play only HC and I do occasionally pay/ask a friend for boss kills/rushes. Why? There are two main reasons:

1. Every time you die you need to make another char. It can get tedious. Rushes help.

2. Sometimes you do get to making a build that requires lots of respeccing or is just clunky until a certain level. Is it worth it risking to remake a char just for one fight that's so over the top compared to other content like Malachai, Daresso, Izaro...? A char that's severely gimped. I don't think so.

@ #1.... Yes...indeed. That is the nature of Hardcore. The entire point. You risk your character with every step you take in the game.

So if rushes help, and everyone is afraid to lose their char...basically everyone just wants to get to mapping. Am I right? So like..the first 65 levels are crap? No test of your ability to flesh out a build or your skill at all? Leveling just "in the way" ?

So like....by ignoring my entire 2nd point you ignored the answer to questions from your 2nd paragraph.

And it's really rare for people to skip the entire 65 levels. Actually, I never heard of anyone doing that. Mostly people just skip some parts in which you have 95% chance to die due to their imbalance with the rest of the game, or are just not suited for a specific character.

And yes, a big majority of people only wants to get to mapping (I'm not among those, but I can understand it) . You just realized that?
