GGG will not force players to decide their stance. That doesn't mean they don't have ToS or support window. You didn't report yourself like you didn't ask the streamers if they do so. The game is still in players hands. I support current GGG's stance.

1.) killing the progress of hc players by luring them into bandit fights and kill them?

2.) offering some service, getting paid in advance but a server crash interrupting the deal, the only method to get the username of the partner being a several hundred megabyte big logfile deep in the game's install folder which wont even open in notepad?

3.) accidentally mixing up trade accounts and buying stuff from traders by putting less currency in the trading tab than they expected? and being wrong about the price afterwards too?

4.) ripping off currency from unexperienced players by purchasing items under market value from them and selling it higher (also known as "item flipping")


i could go on for pages, so where is the point ggg rightfully bans players? all these actions above are interrupting the gameplay of others, ripping them of currency.
