Inevitable Judgment penetrates your own resistance on reflect

Your not penetrating your own defenses you are just feeling it more because you are dealing more damage there for you are taking more reflected damage. Thats why on like my COC Discharger for instance since i run Volls ammy i run POF and POL plus both ruby and topaz flasks for when ever i run into reflect so i am able to mitigate the reflect.. I also run Lightning Pen in the discharge as well.. But purity with flasks almost completely covers the reflected damage that with VP Leech anyway.
