When will Labyrinth be nerfed for non-elite players to get Ascendancy classes?

I think lab should be harder. Should be nearly impossible to ascend since its so OP. I play like 8 hrs a weekend nowadays hardly elite more like causal.

I'll post my feelings... not stated as fact:
Normal difficulty Labyrinth is too unforgiving. Characters shouldn't expect to die in Normal difficulty if they know what's what and have access to basic to decent gear. The first two points of ascendancy should be "expected". Cruel difficulty is fine. Characters by then have access to an easier version in normal to practice in and learn the ropes. The two points here should be seen as an accomplishment, but one that's expected of a character by the end game. Merci is probably too easy. Haven't gotten there yet, but people claim to be running it much like the dreaded Baal Runs from D2. Shouldn't be that way. Shouldn't be "easy" or routine. The two points here shouldn't be seen as normal. They should be a bonus over what is assumed that a character has, much the same way a 6L chest isn't assumed when balancing skills. Must say though, I play sporadically throughout the week probably, 5-7 hours (guess I'm beyond casual) but never had any problems running lab. I did RIP on a trial though, rofl. Honestly I hate the entire concept of the trials/lab. That said I have watched a ton of videos on it and went for it for the first time today. It sucked every bit as bad as I though it would. It's simply not fun to me. I didn't download the game to dodge endless traps running around mazes. It takes WAY to long and you can't save your progress. I gave up when I got server booted for the third time today. Until GGG gets there shit together and has servers that don't kick people out they really need to look at the concept they have here. If I die, I die I expect that can happen. When I waste literally hours of real time because I get most of the way through and get kicked out to server boot that's a different story. I don't know about a "nerf" (I honestly think it needs it, but my opinion is based on the fact it's a horrible concept to start) but it needs some way to reenter it if the servers go to crap.
I know it won't matter to me, because I'll never mess with the crap again. To the people that love it, more power to you and I hope you continue to have fun with it. If they think this is going to draw NEW players, I don't think it's the way to do it but I don't get paid to make video games and they do so I'll submit to their knowledge on that. For me, I know the same thing that keeps me from playing HC (servers are horrible at lag/booting people) will keep me from doing lab again. |

I think the difficulty of Izaro himself (all phases) is tuned perfectly fine across all difficulties.
What I find absolutely infuriating are the traps that have complete disregard for your armor, dmg reduction, resists, health pool, etc etc. ...and especially when you are not using Whirling Blades. I mean, you have a small lit up area in some of these lab maps, you make your dash in between two spiked moving pillars, keeping an eye on the minimap to see which direction to head as well as your character...only to be surprised that theres another spiked trap that was shrouded and takes you down to 50% in a second. Forget about how much your gear costs or how long you have put into your character, doesn't matter. Love ascendancy, I like the izaro fights...hate the traps. Stupid introduction to the game. With that said, trials are even worse. My god how many times do I have to do the same freakin trials? Why??? Why on earth do I have to waste time (whether its 15 minutes or 30) doing the same damn trials over and over and over and over. What logical purpose do they serve?
