So, what's the method?

this is how it goes:
1 - You did something and it accidently duped
2 - You use it again since it worked so well
3 - You use it plenty of time to get advantage over other players
4 - you should be banned by now.
As u can see, already on step 2 you knewd the fact you were using something illegal to gain benefits, to dupe is an example to get extra of just that orb in an unfair way.
If you left it at step 1 and reported it, and not advance toward step 2 and 3, your in a grey zone whos already heading toward the real black zone.
If your already on step 3 and then thinking about reporting it, you can most likely get banned to if you purposly "finished your pro stuffs" before reporting it.
even if you dont report it they will find it out the fact they most likely have pretty good tools for this kind of situations.

Contracts were meant to be broken. That's what good contract lawyers do. They find loopholes in contracts. Furthermore, if you take a closer look at your passage, it states :...if it believes you have breached these Terms of Use...". Finding a secret in the game doesn't breach the ToU. Also, any contracts over one year cannot be online. You need explicit approval. It's been more than a year.
That's a loophole I found myself.
Just for your information : good luck with getting anywhere with this. You can attempt whatever you want from your country, but no legal action will have any efficiency if it's not set in New Zealand.

No need to dupe when the recipe is so easy.

if you find a dupe by accident and report it the whould probably just remove the duped item and fix the problem, if you exploit a dupe you whould probably get banned. however i have no idea tbh, i just assume.
Set sail for epic fail

You make a good point. I think I should speak to lawyers from New Zealand. Although I did look up to see whether the USA had a SOFA agreement with New Zealand, and it was signed on May 2006.
I might be closer to finding a loophole in the ToS/ToU than I originally anticipated. Thanks for reminding me man.

Just what I needed first thing in the AM - a good laugh.
I find it hard to believe that you take yourself seriously.

I know this is a troll, and all.
But Christ your head is as empty as a black walnut husk in mid-summer. Might wanna find the squirrel that took your nut(brain), my friend.

i've been pretty sure that ggg had sanity scripts running in intervals over accounts that detect magically appearing exalted orbs and higher currency.
until i learned, they didn't. hopes are high they've learned from the last incident.
age and treachery will triumph over youth and skill!
