Back from Diablo III, the truth in one TLDR post

To be honest, I can't say exactly why I left D3 for PoE. It just seemed natural. Started playing PoE in open beta and just forgot about D3.
I enjoyed the Auction house..thats about it.

That was for me the last straw.

Lold. You know how you hit #1 on PoE ladder? Go for super-safe party play, roll pack size / magic monsters + regal and skip bosses or anything dangerous.

Both games have some massive flaws, tbh...

Perhaps D3 should have stayed on consoles to indicate that you should grab a friend, a few beers, and have some hours of fun in front of the tv.
Anything beyond that just isn't there. (back from season 3, too)

P.S.: Sadest parts for me are the missing replayability, and the broken build-diversity ("use that set/skill or GTFO!").
Perception is reality.

D3 is for console normies PoE is for PC autists.
GGG banning all political discussion shortly after getting acquired by China is a weird coincidence.
kripp plays blizzard games more than any other games which mean D3 good

- pathing and movement is not precise, it's garbage
- explosion and aoe effects consume so much of a screen that you literally have to go a screen away to escape the entire ground being covered with crappy AOE animations - how is that fun?
- People play the corners of the screens, there is even a gem that rewards it? Really?!
- Graphics, initially I was impressed but then I did a side by side of d2, d3 and PoE and realized that they had converted a dark and evil mood to Toy Story.
- Builds, there are no builds, if you don't run the min/max build with whatever the min/max armor set is, well you will absolutely suck and people will laugh at you.
- Unlimited willy-nilly crafting. Don't have a great piece of armor - MAKE IT ONE at almost no expense! Don't have a socket in your weapon, there's loot for that!
- "Rifts" or Stolen PoE Maps, literally the same exact set of monsters with more hp / attack speed. No unique modifiers.
- Here is where it get's downright sad. Wonder how you hit #1 on the ladder clearing the highest greater rifts? The answer may surprise you - you don't clear content or the entire map, you build your character to kill white mobs, skip elite / magic packs and go as fast as you can killing trash mobs.

I really have a problem with that list. I don´t know which game you´re talking about because this list works for both games. o.o
What can never be lent or earned?
Somewhat, that devours everyone and everything:
A tree that rush. A bird that sings. It eat bones and smite the hardest stones.
Masticate every sword. Shatters every shrine. It defeat mighty kings and carry mountains on lightly wings.
What am i?
"The truth". hahahaha.
Another toxic D3-topic. Thanks "Returned one". I wish you would have stayed over there. POE does not need that shit. Neither does D3. Get it.
Hats off to Fade, still trying to bring some antidote here ;)

The Sirus fight is a disgrace.
D3 is a lot of fun...

its just that the fun dosent last that long

I recently started playing D3 again and its not that its a bad game its just aimed at a completely different audience than POE
I dont see any any key!
